I get chat restriction for banter and calling people retarded, but the orianna that called me a %%%got is still raoming around on the rift, great job riot, that's classy.

You are responsible for your behavior and they are responsible for your their own. If you reported them after the match, then it will be reviewed.
Thats the result of an automated system that doesn't use context. The only thing thats looked at is specifically what you, and only you, typed.
Cry me a river. Can you go out, rob a bank, and when you get caught, tell the police officers: _But this other guy robbed two banks and you didn't catch him, how unfair , pls let me go. _
