14 day ban no warning

how does one go from a chat restriction straight to a 14 day ban, wheres the 1 day ban, 2 day ban, and i know the tribunal is a robot so i get it once you get enough reports it just acts on its own, but the system is flawed because whats stopping from dynamic que's ganging up on people and sending three reports your way. i was in a normal game, a kid fed, i defended him, and the three guys reported me mocking me the whole time i didn't think id get banned hell i just wanted to refresh from that game, I've never intentionally fed and it sucks that just out of nowhere now I can't play this game, which is kind of a daily hobby, for 2 weeks, sure some may say go outside, but i don't think I'm being unreasonable when i say 2 weeks ban for an argument in a normal game, is a little too much. in fact I'm fed up because I've been faced with real trolls constantly. now i get a message saying I'm in the most toxic 0.2 percent like how.. i mainly play with a 4 man group too so how am i getting enough reports to get banned unless they're from other dynamic ques spamming the report button. this guy even started calling me gay and i reply with what are you saying its not alright to be gay? and the guy goes homophobic and says no, now i thought that;s toxic but he reported me and i get banned so he wins i guess

Punishments are given out in 4 intervals: 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, 14 day ban, permanent ban.

The old method did nothing to stop toxicity, so they changed it. You have 4 strikes, then your're out of here.

Punishments scale down 1 tier every 3 months, so in 3 months time, if you have good behavior, then your next punishment will again be a 14 day ban. Consequently, if you don't improve your behavior, then your next offence, no matter the scale, will result in a permaban

And a separate comment to address your flawed ideas of the system:

  • Punishments are based on how often a player is banned, not how many bans they get. This means that a single player's report has a much weight as a 4 man premade.

  • The system is automated, yes, but it does not just hand out bans when people get too many. If you do nothing wrong, then you won't get punished, simple as that.

You can have 1k reports and never get banned. The system isn't dumb

i get 2 accounts this one and other account name GoodViiRuSz in eune i get warning 14 day baned in this 2 accounts but first account when i get last warning 14 day ban then 14 days finished i played 1 day without talking or flaming i see something says thanks you for teammate and they give me chance the next ban is not permanently the next ban was 14 day to beacuse they give me 1 chance again but iget baned 14 day again beacuse i cant rly shut up and next maybe month i get permanently baned and i dont even flaming then next mb 7 months i get 14 day baned then next 20 day i get perma baned i fail 5 promos to plat beacuse of retards before 2nd perma baned i win mb 6 games and iget promo to plat again iwas really happy the next day i lose promos without any win then iwas really mad wheni was talking to my team then i get baned when iwas trying to sleep i was really happy beacuse i was in promo i thought tomorrow i will be plat but that never happened and i get permabaned then i was crying :D thx riot for f**ked my life at lest i have gold 4 account and the problem i have warning here 14 day to :D i must try to shut up i want to remove chat from game but idont know how the mute is not working beacuse iwant to see what they are talking to me :DDDDDDDDD
