Alright, I agree was a little toxic. But in my defence, it was in my defence. Anyways i hope this system really does work, and i hope it does actually take the feeders, and the really toxic people out of it, ill take my ban as a knock on the chin and keep going because i know i was in the right sometimes. not all the time, but to deserve a permaban, no. but on my new account i will be very mindful of what i say, mainly of fear of getting banned. if someone talks shit to me i will simply mute them and hope they don't report me. but I really hope this game will weed out the Intentional feeders, and by intentional everyone knows who I'm talking about. those are who i want out. the guys that flame after the first 3 minutes and sit at tower dancing then come back, try for about 2 mins someone else dies and then they flame again. if this actually does get rid of those ppl then i support it but i don't think it does.

Does anyone else think they lowered the exp for lvl 30 as a gift to the permabans?

You know what, I can't be mad at you, man. You took the ban and aren't asking to be un-banned, you're not trying to bring up how much money you spent, and you're not foaming out the mouth and wanting Riot to pay for the money you lost. I will never know exactly what you said, or why, but I can at least respect that you're starting a new account with humility and going to truly attempt to better the behavior that you admit was out of line.

Kudos to you.

Just to let you know I'll quote myself here so I don't have to type it all up again, though I'll edit it at the same time since some parts aren't needed:

If you are truly willing to reform and be a better player on your next account then any report on you (especially if you haven't actually done anything that IS punishable) will be considered false reports and tossed out. You can still chat without fear of being banned, just don't do what got you permabanned on your first account. Try to be a constructive in how you chat so that everyone can benefit from what your using your chat for. Asking things like this: "Hey Xin can you build tanky? We kinda need front liner." You would be surprised at how much more willingly people would be to help out. FYI: That was actually something I said in a game.

Tbh you should never get banned for self defense. Need stand your ground laws in the US and in League

You may think a perma was too much (and we'd need to see the logs to agree), but don't pretend you can't say anything or have o be afraid of every single report. If you got a perma, you either did something horrible for the first time, or ignored your last 14-day ban for averagely bad behaviour. Or it's a complete mistake but in that case Player Support is the way to go - or at least give us the logs.

Lessons to learn 1: Move chat box off screen. If you type, you get banned 2: Move chat box off screen. If you type, you get banned 3: i guess you didnt read tips 1 and 2 4: go back to tips 1 and 2 5: once you memorized tips 1 and 2, follow the next step 6:Once your chat box is off the screen, NEVER MOVE IT BACK ONTO YOUR SCREEN 7: never get banned again

My baby brother died from nerve cancer, and when a player in game wished that I myself would get cancer after he intentionally fed my lane, I called him "pathetic" for doing saying such a thing to me. That's all I said, was that he was "pathetic".

I was permanently banned for my "retaliation" towards this player, who continued to degrade me and feed the enemy into defeat. After I wrote an appeal asking why this was just, Riot replied telling me, "You had a choice in how to react to the situation, and you retaliated in a negative manor, therefore we will not be lifting your ban."

I seriously 100% lost all faith in Riot and the "tribunal" at that point, don't waste your time asking for favors, they don't couldn't give less of a shit.
