Instant Feedback Escalation Path Reformation

Hi, I've been searching for an answer to this on the boards and on the support FAQs but haven't been able to find a clear response, hopefully someone here may know.

Its my understanding that the Instant Feedback Escalation Path is as follows: First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction Third Offense: Two Week Suspension Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

I'm currently finishing up a two week suspension after receiving a 10 game chat ban (skipped over the 25 and right to a suspension) I also read that it is possible to go down the Escalation Path. Obviously I'm on thin ice with no more chances before I get permanently banned, but what I'm wondering is how long would I need to play (if at all) without any negative feedback before I'm no longer one wrong decision away from losing my account for good (back to getting chat bans)?
