Banned but no Email?
Yesterday I got a 10 game chat restriction through the instant feedback system and today I got a 14 day account suspension with no details on why. I'm yet to receive an email for either of them and I cant log into my account so there's no information I can get from the client on why I'm banned either. I'm genuinely positive I didn't break any rules between yesterday and now, how long do these email usually take? Is this something I can submit a support ticket about?
