Tribunal reinvention

I recently lost my job, but I learned how much I like league of legends (only b5 or b4) nothing special as skill wise, but I still see blagarant games with unprofessional conduct. I was curious if there might be a way to set up a payment arrangement and I just go through the tribunal at home for a small fee of 10-15 dollars a case (provided that the case was determined to be a legit complaint.

10-15 dollars for a case that will take 2 min to review?

I wish I had a job that payed me 7 dollars per minute. I'd be able to stop working right about now.
