is there a way to be reformed after perma ban?

Like if someone who was angry had anger management etc? would there be a way for them to get their account back? Just wondering

Once an account is permanently suspended, it can't be regained unless the suspension was a mistake on Riot's part. The way you can reform is to create a new account and keep the guidelines in mind.

I really do salute Riot on this reformation thing, it really is impossible to really solve, at least you found a decent system.

Yes, start a new account.

I was rightfully perma-banned in early S2. I started a new account, I have done much better.

There is no way to recover an account that has been permanently banned, unless it was a mistake from them or un-rightfully done so, without any warnings before.

An account that has been permanently banned means that the person most likely continued to perform offences, even after being given multiple warnings and smaller punishments.

If your account was perma banned, your going to need to start a new account and work your way up again.
