Are Bans not Humanly Mandated?

so I was just permanently Banned for a single game. No Verbal abuse, sure some negativity ( But when you have a team that gives up you tend to give up too) I have been though the list of punishments, but ever since my 14-day I reformed heavily with no reports until recently (Most reports because of my connectivity issue). I was told that the punishment ladder would decay over time and time has gone by, I think 1.5 months. Go ahead bash me for being "Toxic scum of r!to games" or "don't post here no one cares you toxic feed lord" but clearly thats isn't the case. No, manual review is not required for the system to hand out bans. The punishment after a 14-day ban is a permaban, so since you had one recently it was naturally the next step if you continued to show negative behavior.

This may not have been the only game resulting in the ban, either; was this the reform card from your email or client?

You don't get notified of reports, so you wouldn't know this. If you were never being negative then their reports wouldn't hurt you though, and you'd never get reviewed for a punishment if you were only reported for this one game.

1.5 months? That's your idea of "time gone by"? I don't know what Riot's exact time limit is (never even been warned over 6 years so I've no reason to know) but I'd be surprised if decay didn't occur for at least half a year.

Anyways. "Edario: not wasting my time with this game" "Edario: i almost have the same cs as mid lol" (assuming you mean your mid, not the enemy's) "Edario: then stop doing stupid shit" "Edario: u are all standing around fountain like monkeys" (since when is comparing people to monkeys not verbal abuse?) "Edario: blame me if you lack of skill makes you feel better"

Those are the main things that got you reported in case you're unaware. Could be some more.

As for why its "just one game", that's just the game that triggered the ban, you don't get banned over one game, there were several at least. They don't need to show every single one though, if they're in this typical range then it shouldn't need to be spelled out for you, especially since you're a repeat offender.

This is mild, which means that it won't punish you right away after 1.5 months of good behavior.

So if this was in your chat logs, then either your 14-day ban is much closer than you say, or there are other logs that you aren't showing us, or you are punished for something else alongside with verbal abuse which sometimes the system shows you your logs cos the incorrect reason is attached to the punishment.
