I know its toxic, not denying, but is it toxic enough to skip the chat restrictions? If so what should I do to help these kids from tilting me. Muting doesent work sometimes because they just spam pings

In each game it sounds like you are intentionally throwing the game by afk'ing or opening mid. Depending on what you actually were doing in the game, yes that would definitely be deserving of a ban (since chat restrictions don't stop people from throwing the match).

Other than that, I don't see any of the typical extremely offensive chat that usually results in skipping tiers. I recommend submitting a Support Ticket for more information.

Just... don't type. Yell at the screen, your neighbor, your cat, I don't care. As long as you don't bring it in-game, that's all that matters. Realize that nothing you're saying is going to do anything to contribute to the success of the team. Berating allies only makes them feel worse (where they likely feel bad enough about their obvious mistakes on their own), and that's going to make them play worse.
