the new honor system is great, but kinda useless

lets be honest... ppl who troll on purpose dont give a single fuck if they get a keypiece or not. ppl also barely honor. since the majority of players is in bronze-silver i can easily say (i spent 1 season in there) that ~ 99% NEVER honor an enemy because "this guy sucks im way better he just was lucky" and that you also barely ever get honored from your own teammates.

im pretty sure the new system will be like the old one. 1-2 weeks it will RAIN honors for everyone but then noone will give a fuck and it will have no impact anymore.

i like that riot changed it and for me its actually a nice thing, but i dont think that it will change anything.

i myself used to have a ribbon and everytime i failed in a game no matter what i did wrong, it always was like "wow you dont deserve this ribbon you suck so hard" and i imagine that these borders you get, EVEN THO ITS ONLY FOR THE NEXT GAME, kinda add toxicity aswell. NEVER EVER did anyone say anything nice about me having a ribbon, it was either irrelevant or just added toxicity.
