I was banned for using 3rd program , but i didnt !

So yesterday I tried to log in to play lol , and I saw that my account was banned , and I didnt understand why. I checked my email as soon as possible and it says: Hello Summoner,

Your account: mazhy was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use: http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/termsofuse. We hope you can see that it is unsatisfying to play against other players who are using a tool to gain an advantage over others.

Excuse me but I did not use any programs,scripts or whatever. I am very furious as I am 100% sure I did not use anything ! ! ! ! !

I sent ticket to support and they said that I must not share my account with anyone , WELL I DID NOT. I DID NOT USE ANY PROGRAMS, DID NOT SHARE WITH ANYBODY MY ACCOUNT. RIOT CHECK YOUR SYSTEM PLEASE AND IF YOU DON'T, BUY ME TICKET TO YOUR PLACE, I COME AND CHECK ME ON LIE DETECTOR WTF

There is a good chance that you had MKLOL installed before like I did. I uninstalled that shit over 6 months ago after received a warning email, but then, yesterday they decide to permanent banned my account. Good luck with yours, because Riot refused to lift mine :(

its pissing me off that they ban for nothing and worst thing is that they dont even check if ban is true .

The best thing you can do (they don't tend to overturn these) is just to literally keep ticketing forever. If it becomes a massive enough inconvenience and waste of time for them to deal with, then there's at least some reason for them to look at their system.
