bug with remake

I was on my promos to gold 4 . I had my first game on promos , and very first game was a remake, because 1 guy afk, but when I checked Leagues panel , the remake game was accepted as DEFEAT . After playing 1 game, which I lost, said to me that I did not succeed in my promos. so wtf?
