Multiple times after the introduction of dynamic queue, I have encountered trolls who intentionally ban the champions that their teammates declare, and in ranked. I was wondering if there is a way to deal with these types of trolls, as they manage to tilt their teammates even before the match begins, making it an easy win for the enemy team.
This needs to be addressed immediately.

also i have a hard time believing the "intentionally ban the champs their teammates want" because if the last pick is top and wants fiora, i ban that shit because i dont want the enemys to first pick her.
It may count as griefing (which isn't a report option anymore), but it's considered problem among players that you guys need to deal with between yourselves. Unfortunately, it's hard to prove that they're purposely trolling their teammates since they can easily declare that they banned those champs their teammates want to play because they don't want those "weak champs" on their team or they're " bad picks" for the team comp.
Current solution? Have two champions in mind. Tell them the "least likely" champ that you will play. But don't tell them that it's your least likely champ. If they ban your "least likely" champ during ban selection, then select your primary champ.
Two kinds of people.
If you choose bard, fiddlesticks, or nunu, then I will ban those champs, that's not trolling.
