Rage quitters and disconnects

I'm tired of people who completely disconnect from the game and never return, because not only does it make me frustrated but they do not get punished differently than I do. Yes, maybe they get put in low priority queue but they still lose the same LP as I do as well as still lose us the game. I think it should be different. I get random people constantly disconnecting early on in the game and it turns it into an auto-loss in ranked. Can Riot please introduce something to fix this. Maybe that everybody else on the team doesn't lose as much lp, or there could be some sort of remake function for when a random person completely disconnects from the game. It deters me from playing as much as I want to, and I'm sure it does to everyone else/
