Permabanned for being toxic in a 5 man que with 4 of my best friends.

Honestly I don't think this is fair.

Now I understand that my chat logs would DEFINITELY be considered toxic if I was talking to strangers. However, anyone who has a close group of friends knows that you can act differently with them because you know their feelings wont get hurt. I mess around with my friends all the time and they know I am joking with them, however the automated system, (or whoever was reading my chat logs,) did not seem to be able to put together the fact that:

  1. I was in a 5 man group talking in only team chat.
  2. My teammates names where ZGM Heritage, ZGM Pyro, [ZGM] Cherufe, and shosho613WINMODE (no name change)
  3. All four of them are in my club and we all use the ZGM tag.
  4. If the stats are available you can see that I play around 90% of my games with this group. (+ ZGM Jewpacabra, ZGM Penguin, r3lax) All in ZGM Club.

I hope this misunderstanding can be resolved. I will post the chat log bellow and a link to the game I played.

Anyway, hopefully I can get some clarification on this misunderstanding.

EDIT: I would add the chat log however since I was actually (a little) mad at my friends, because you know how friendships are, there is a lot of personal stuff in there that I don't think would be proper to post on the boards.

EDIT 2: I was 14 day banned on this account (and deserved it) around half a year ago, that was my latest behavioral penalty.

That is not the game that triggered the perma ban. The perma was triggered by the first game in your reform card, where you were reported by multiple players for using hate speech in all chat towards the enemy and harassing your teammates.

However, in the premade game you are speaking of, you did leave/afk and were reported because of this. Which is why it is showing in your logs.

The system usually doesn't fast ban unless it's hardcore hate speech, it needs a couple of reports. So either your chat did have some serious hate speech in there, or more likely some salty solo players tired of being stomped by premades reported you out of spite triggering a review of your chat logs, which were determined to be exceedingly toxic.]

EDIT: I don't care who's feelings did or didn't get hurt. You got banned for having zero common sense and playing with people just like you. Maybe this will teach you a lesson.

Jewpacabra is pretty offensive implying all Jews are blood suckers. You hanging out with a dude like that tells me all I need to know about you and this is a good ban.

I can confirm this. I play with him and ZGM Heritage, ZGM Pyro, ZGM Cherufe, ZGM Jewpacabra, Shosho613winmode all the time. We all know eachother IRL.
