Please allow players to flag bad matchmaking

Give honer 3+, gold+, players a flagging tool to provide datapoints on games that have a clear+huge mismatch in team wide elo and/or role.

Also allow flagging of HIGHLY inconsistent behaviour from players that are boosted/intoxicated/heavily tilted/playing like the game is a joke (e.g. when elo doesn't represent gameplay). Use a tribunal system to encourage more consistent play.

A small team+datamining tools to curate the flags and you have amazing datasets for improving the problem areas of player/matchmaking inconsistency.

Keeping the tool a privilege makes it easy to protect from misuse.

you realise that honor 3+ players get punished for toxicity too,right?

just because you're honor 5, it does not mean that you can't be toxic

So any game where a player doesn't get their main role/champ and plays at a beginner bot skill level, any tilting games, smurfing games, not caring games, not using mini map and chronically feeding games, getting games where somehow all 5 of your teammates are boosted from bronze 5 while their entire team are diamond smurfs. Yeah so have fun flagging 75+ percent of games.

Next season's position match making should take care of that.
