New system idea for AFKs

Ok, I have a idea for League and I want your opinions on it, good or bad and why, AFK is a bad thing, but how to get rid of it ? I might have a solution for this. You could make something called "Baton Pass", a category, Team-Builder style (like you wait and then find a team you want to fill), but the player would take place of an AFK player (AFK for maybe 5min). And maybe when someone has to quit a game, he knows that he will be AFK, but he don't want to hurt his teammates, he would be able to quit, so he could call a ''Baton Pass'' ( pokémon reference ) to pass his game to another player. I don't know if am clear, but if you guys could give me a feedback from this, I would be very happy !
