Question about AFK'ing

So I played a winnable game and then someone called doorbell, ofc I went to look for a second (I didnt plan to AFK for more than 1min) and when I opened the door there were those people who do surveys, since Im too shy? (or strange LOL) i couldnt send them away....so i chatted through all my game without being able to tell "im not interested sorry"....all because im too strange/shy/whatever is wrong with me. Now the question is how will this 1 game of AFK hurt my ability to get honor? Why Im asking because I never go afk (apart from now....) and Im never toxic, so how will this 1 game of afk affect me? Will it have no impact like a raindrop in sea because I dont plan to go afk in never (last time I went afk was few hundred games back (again with those stupid survey people...they come at the worst time when im playing....)) or will this set back me from getting honor 3 like a week or so?
