Can we just have an up/downvote in the post game lobby?

I feel like a general rep system would be far more effective than whatever this garbage we have now is.

If you downvote, you have to give a reason. If you're part of enough false reports, your ability to participate is revoked.

If you reach a certain negative threshold, your account is reviewed. If you're toxic for whatever reason, you receive a proper punishment and your rep is reset to 0. If you're found innocent, they just reset your rep to 0.

If however, you are wildly upvoted, you have resistance to downvoting because in general you're a shining beacon of the community.

I dunno, maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like this would be a better way to handle player behavior.

You could limit it so that teams of friends can't just inflate their rep scores. Like the people you queue with can't up/down vote you.

What system do you think you are currently enduring?

Only difference is Majority of people do not have honor badges and in your system it would ban everyone without honor badge.

Think really hard on that.

So .. a dude is on the verge of being punished.

Plays a bunch of bot games with 4 other buddies and now hes no longer being closed to punished.

The same said dude goes to continue playing with his buddies a few more games and now is immune to being punished cos hes shining gold.

Riot is looking into improving behavioural visibility. A partial visibility system that isn't 100% clear when people will get punished, but will show they are working towards punishment / reform. Of course, it won't happen until after the new client is up and running smoothly. In the mean while, you can read some info up here:
