wtf, not nearly enough stuff to grant you a punishment, and the 10 games chat ban is actually the harder punishment to get (the other become more and more easy to..."achieve" once you started down that road I would almost say that you could try the support tbh

you won't be the first one who is incorrectly restricted, suspended, or banned, and you won't be the last...

we need to petition riot to change their automated system of banning people, but they probably won't listen

changing system cost money, fk the player base and community who supported them, if they don't follow rule to the letter, restrict, suspend, BAN HAMMER

bad behaviour and gameplay are two sides of the same coin. Players that for whatever reason feel an inadequacy in their teammate's play results in frustration, and a real challenge for self-control. It is really something league can never eliminate, it will always persist. The only thing to blame here is human nature.

while punishment and reward can greatly deter and encourage bad and good behaviours, but if the goal was to truly eliminate it all together then the only course of action is to shut the game down.
