Dodge This
Rito fix this. Too many are dodging. Make the penalty for successive dodges last for longer. I can understand maybe one in 50 games but after the first one the penalties should stack for longer.

The penalty does stack. You get 5 extra minutes you have to wait to q up again, 15 if it's aram I believe.
Penalties do stack, but I believe they reset once per day.
Same goes for LP loss with dodging. Your first dodge of the day is -3 LP, your second is -10 LP, for example.
The first dodge might only be 6 minutes, but I've seen dodge penalties go up to an hour in length.
