Reporting In Champion Select

I think there needs to be some way to report a player in champion select, not just at the end of game. I've had many players that troll flame or just generally bad people that cause someone to dodge in champ select that its not always easy to remember their names to send a report.

A for instance... The champion select I was just in. I choose I wanted to play Jhin Mid. Then the whole team decided they wanted to ban Jhin just so I couldn't play him because it would be in their words "an instant loss". Behavior like this and other verbal harassment I've seen in Champion Select makes me really wish this was possible.

When in ranked if someone says "first time ____" we as a community have labeled that as "toxic". On release day of a new champion it's a fair thought to not want some one to play that champion for their first time in our ranked match. Right or wrong its a common opinion.

I had a champ select earlier where two people wanted to play jhin, so the second one in pick order banned him saying "if i don't get to play him no one does". League of children.

Something along these lines would be helpful for those games I dodge, just because people can't seem to get along right from the jump.
