Teammate Throws

I've been seeing an incredible jump in these lately. Just got done a game where our Nasus just started refusing to help, started feeding, inevitable afk, because the jungler pinged him to leave a fight because of low health. Had a game the other day where the jungler threw bc the mid laner asked for blue and he replied no so the mid took it anyway. I remember a few where I experienced the enemy team having issues as well.

you have to pick up the slack of the other teammate while trying to 4v5, then on the other hand of the spectrum, if you do manage to win the 4v5 you just gave them a free win. So either way you lose.

It just amazes me how easily you can tilt your own team now into doing this. And there's no way to punish beside they get a loss too. Doubt they care at that point.
