could an old perma banned account be unbanned?
Hello, I was permabanned 2 years ago on my main, I haven't got any punishment ever since then so I was wondering if there is a chance that my account could get unbanned?

I mean the word Permanent should be a good indication as to your answer.
Permaban account are set in stone unless the ban in question was on accident. Just because you changed your ways now despite (I assume) having numerous chances to change shouldn't mean you get your account back. You should have done this before actually getting ban.
Yes it can. Just have to ask kindly with proper reason why you should be unbanned but even then it's riots discretion. It's also permanent suspension not a permaban. It can be lifted but like I said it's for riot to decide. This account I'm typing on is an example
If this was ever going to happen it would happen in the shadows, where a precedent would not be made that would give Riot a headache for years to come. Asking for an account to be unbanned is just putting an extra nail in that account's coffin.
