Been permabanned for no reason

So, I've been playing on the Garena Singapore server and have neglected my account as a result. Someone hacked into my account and used hacks so it got banned. I was not aware of this as Riot did not inform me that the login IP address had been different. So I got this random email that my account has been banned and I was like,"What the hell" I went to lolking to check out my account and saw that I was in s2 when I didn't even played rank in season 6 on the NA server. Plus, the person who hacked into my account was an adc main while I'm a support main. I'm currently in S4 on the Singapore server and I've never tried to use hacks or exploits to improve my rank. I don't really care that this account in itself got banned because I don't even use it but I was pissed off by Riot's response. I was mad that they punished me when it was their server which was the one unsafe enough to become hacked and the fact that they couldn't even inform me that the login IP address was different really enraged me. Btw, I am a support main on the Singapore server (rank 6 with Leona and Janna) but over here it shows that I'm an adc main :/ Riot has given me the same copy pasted response and won't even secure my account. My dad's credit card information is in that account and they don't even have the decency to secure it.

Account compromises are typically the fault of the player's inadequate security practices, not Riot getting hacked. Please visit the following articles for information on keeping your account safe, and how to recover your account;

It's unlikely that the hack came from their end instead of from your own computer.

Regardless, you can argue your case to Riot via support ticket.

But you're responsible for the security of your account name and password. Should that information be compromised because of account sharing, malware, etc, you need to change your account info quickly before, well, what happened to you.
