Well i play league suddenly someone logs into my account plays a game i change the pass no biggie. But today when i got on someone was in a game i wait for the game to end,i log in and boom im permabanned .Now as a first i haven't shared my account with anyone just to make that clear. I've seen cases like these but they never get unbanned and it doesn't matter .Now before the permaban i did have a 14 day suspension for being toxic but that was over a year and a half ago. I did send a ticket and am currently waiting for an answer . In the mean while im hoping you guys can help me.

Edit:Not a shield ban they just left me banned and say that they won't lift the ban

Unfortunately we really can't -- if the ban wasn't for toxicity then something else is up, and Riot Support is your best option. If it was for toxicity then the only way we can POSSIBLY assist is if you post your legitimate chat logs and the community in general finds them overwhelming acceptable.

If Riot suspected that your account was compromised, which is entirely possible if someone else played a match on it and you changed the password, then they will automatically lock the account until you contact Player Support. It's done as a security measure for your protection, and if that is the reason why it was done, it can easily be unlocked as soon as you provide details verifying that you are the account owner.

I'm sure it's frustrating, but Support will get back to you. Try to be patient, and don't create a duplicate ticket, or try to bump the ticket unless you have any important details that were omitted. Making additional tickets will only get yours bumped to the back of the queue, so it's best to just wait until they have a chance to look into the case and see what is going on with your account. Hopefully it is something simple that they can sort out relatively quickly for you.
