Well i play league suddenly someone logs into my account plays a game i change the pass no biggie. But today when i got on someone was in a game i wait for the game to end,i log in and boom im permabanned .Now as a first i haven't shared my account with anyone just to make that clear. I've seen cases like these but they never get unbanned and it doesn't matter .Now before the permaban i did have a 14 day suspension for being toxic but that was over a year and a half ago. I did send a ticket and am currently waiting for an answer . In the mean while im hoping you guys can help me.

Edit:Not a shield ban they just left me banned and say that they won't lift the ban

Unfortunately we really can't -- if the ban wasn't for toxicity then something else is up, and Riot Support is your best option. If it was for toxicity then the only way we can POSSIBLY assist is if you post your legitimate chat logs and the community in general finds them overwhelming acceptable.

Yeah but the problem is someone else got me permabanned so even if i do sent the logs theres no way il get unbanned

It could be a shield ban -- this is a ban placed on your account when there is something fishy going on, and can almost always be resolved by contacting Riot Support. If that is the reason for the ban (and not something else, like an account sharing or toxicity ban) you may be in luck.

It's a bit tricky. Behavioral and Third Party Software/Account Sharing bans are never lifted. Shield bans, which display as permanent suspensions to the player, are almost always lifted. It's something they need to clean up, imho, since currently there isn't a good way (to my knowledge) to tell which is which without contacting Riot.

So what you're saying is that since he was toxic instantly it shows up as a permaban but can be removed?

If it is a shield ban, yes, that is likely. I can't promise that is the case.

If Riot suspected that your account was compromised, which is entirely possible if someone else played a match on it and you changed the password, then they will automatically lock the account until you contact Player Support. It's done as a security measure for your protection, and if that is the reason why it was done, it can easily be unlocked as soon as you provide details verifying that you are the account owner.

I'm sure it's frustrating, but Support will get back to you. Try to be patient, and don't create a duplicate ticket, or try to bump the ticket unless you have any important details that were omitted. Making additional tickets will only get yours bumped to the back of the queue, so it's best to just wait until they have a chance to look into the case and see what is going on with your account. Hopefully it is something simple that they can sort out relatively quickly for you.

yeah but they won't remove the permaban as far as ive seen its impossible

It depends on whether it was a permaban issued for actions taken on the account, or whether it was a security lock. The security lock is the shield ban that the others are talking about, and if that's the case, then yes, it will be removed, as it is not a true "ban" on the account. It's simply for your protection. If it was for actions taken, like someone logging in and being extremely toxic, then it can be difficult, but not impossible, to get your account unbanned.

It is never impossible to have a permaban removed, if it is unjust. You simply need to find out exactly what the ban is for, and then address those reasons. If it is for actions on the account that you did not take, then you need to begin a process of proving that your account was hacked, and work with the Support Specialist to see what can be done. Be patient, be polite, and be positive.

Rito "locked' your account when they suspect your account has been compromised. If you can prove that you own that account (email, creation date, purchases, etc.), they will remove the shield ban (permanently suspended) and you can use the account again. Need to contact support.
