Tyler1 is not getting an account unban. He is not even necessarily getting unbanned. Riot is simply announcing that they are building an official policy for regaining the ability to make a new account after receiving a Personal ID Ban, which is definitely not what you have.
And you can earn an immediate 14-day ban for violating Riot's zero-tolerance policies, which include hate speech, encouragements to self-harm, and severe toxicity.
Tyler's not getting unbanned, and you probably used hate speech. Don't do that.

His accounts get banned the second they're found. If you get banned, you can make a new one. Tyler1 can not and even if he was unbanned, he'd have to make a new account like everyone else who is banned. He is banned as a player and can't play at all.
How would you feel if you couldn't play league at all and if someone saw your account, it'd be banned no matter how nice you've been. Then you can understand Tyler1 and his ban.
