Basically, I lost my shit when our team's support banned the champion I wanted to play, being Katarina. Someone dodges and I hover Veigar just so she won't ban Katarina. Guess what, she still does it. I lose myself after the Annie is stealing EXP and CS in game from me, in the mid lane. I tell Annie, you're not even building support, so I'm going to go bot and help Vayne. She follows me. I got back mid and bot and mid and bot. She is still on my tail. I'll copy paste the rest that happens.

Annie banned my champion, so I was naturally mad.

Our Teemo was the only one that was actually nice to me, and I lose it. Our Jax, and Vayne help the troll and I am the one getting chat-restricted and not the troll. This is a completely fair gaming community. COMPLETELY. I even sent back an E-Mail to Riot on how much bullshit this is. I know that it's only a chat restriction, but for me to get punished, when I lose it, when I get trolled is unfair. I was bluffing about leaving in-game but I am actually considering leaving.

Heh, so just because I talked back is the reason I got downvoted. Even more reason to quit. The main reason I made this is not because I was punished as I make it seem but because THE TROLL GOT AWAY FREE.

Doesn't matter who started it.

Report calling is harassment. You were extremely negative and aggressive towards your own team. All of that is enough to get you a punishment.

Bare in mind also that you don't get punished for just one game (unless it's an extreme case, which this is not). So you need to have a history of this kind of behavior before actually getting punished.

the sycophants who only exist in an effort to best parrot rito PR can't possibly imagine a case where what they mindlessly repeat in post after post isn't absolutely true in every instance. they're extremely limited people, these forumers. for no personal benefit, they support a corporation enacting the most draconian, unfair, and unrealistic player moderation policies that's ever existed in gaming. it's worth it though, for them thumbs. right, boys?

Don't come here looking for sympathy, you won't find much.

Trolls are god awful, but Riot really doesn't want to 1) find a way to punish them or 2) empower the players to somehow deal with them, so you are pretty much stuck.

You should be prepared for the possibility of trolls, flamers, etc. before you even queue in and have a plan for what you will do to deal with them.
