I was given a perma ban after being reported after a game. I just came back from a long time of not playing, and after about 30 games i hit honor 3, and have been given multiple honors for working with my team. I had a bad night, or game really, and was really drunk. I was never racist, homophobic, or sexist though, so my text should not have warranted a perma ban. I also just restarted playing after over a year and wasnt reported to my knowledge, and i was never given a chat restriction. Was what i said unnecessary, yes, and could i have just muted my teammates that were egging me on, yes, but i was drunk and not thinking clearly which just let them bait me more into saying dumb/toxic things.

Rule #1 for alcoholics, blame their actions of alcohol. You need to accept what you did, if you were as drunk as you claim, how do you know what you said or did? It's a good lesson and there are worse things in life that can happen when drunk. You got banned so start a new account and learn from your mistakes

Okay, so my question is, do you remember receiving any punishments before you took this long break? Something to keep in mind is that it is possible for your account to get back in good standing after a punishment, but you do need to be actively playing on that account for this to happen. Taking a long break doesn't get rid of any previous punishments.

While I do agree that your chat logs are fairly bad, I don't think they alone would cause an immediate escalation to a permanent ban without any prior punishments. This leads me to believe that you had some punishments on this account before you left, which would explain why this punishment was a permanent ban.

This is classed as hate speech against disabled people. Thats what pushed you to an instant permaban. You might have a case if it was just these 3 lines to reduce it to a 2 week ban but because of all the other toxic things you said you have no chance.

Hate speech will get you a permaban. Calling people retarded and saying downy is considered hate speech just like calling someone a n-gr, f66ot, or other hateful things. (Remember, we can't pick and choose groups worthy of being hated on) You may not agree with it, I may not agree with it, but those are the rules.

You can say that it doesn't warrant a permaban all you want, but we don't decide what deserves a permaban. Those that hand out permabans, decide what is worth a permaban. So considering you have been permabanned, you're clearly just wrong about that.

If you have additional questions, please ask, or feel free to look at the summoners code or write a support ticket to Riot and perhaps they can clear things up further for you.
