I went 4/5/2 last game and and my team kept harassing me and ping spamming me to join them in their suicide spree and threatened to report me for intentional feeding because they were a team of 4 people queue'd together and the report system is completely run by a bot. Why is this allowed and how banned am I?
A team of 4 reporting you has the same weight as a single random player reporting you. The bot doesn't trust anyone, it just looks into a player's behavior if at least one person reported them.
Besides, Riot errs on the side of assuming someone is having a bad game rather than inting, so you're very likely safe. Even if you do get a ban for feeding (unlikely), you can create a support ticket and get it overturned.
If you did nothing that warrants a ban, you won't be banned. It's that simple.
False bans will not get you punished, don't worry.
We aren't sure why are you banned. If you can show us your reform card, it will give us some information on what's going on.
If you didn't talk back or int, no ban will be issued.
Like others have said it only takes one report to flag a game for review, which is then thrown out if nothing of guilt is found. This means so long as you did nothing punish worthy then you'll be fine.
