Nasus on Wind + Iceborne negates dodge entirely

As the title says, putting Nasus on a Wind Cloud space and adding an Iceborne Gauntlet to him causes him to stop dodging enemy attacks at all. It happened 3 rounds in a row, at one point the entire 6 enemy team was hitting him and never missed or caused Iceborne effects.
