What is toxic to you, honestly

I think the word toxic is overused, I mean personally I don't see a lot of reportable things as being toxic, not that I say those things. I feel there is a difference that needs to be addressed by Riot explaining what exactly is toxic, and not just in the moment flame. I want other players opinions cause I've been playing this game for almost 3 years using different accounts cause I liked different names. I've been chat banned a few times for a few games where I popped off on somebody for good reason, which I understand. However certain things I don't feel are toxic, such as calling somebody a feeder, or telling the jungler to fuck off your lane because they are taxing farm after getting the kill. (Which is the main reason I've ever been toxic lol). Tell me what you think is toxic.

My definition of "toxic" is behavior with the purpose of pissing someone off, belittling them, or simply just insulting them.

Be in game actions or chat behavior.

Such behavior only serves to upset other players.

Flaming and generally abusing someone else doesn't do anything to help you win.

Insulting someone else might make you feel better in the moment, but there are larger issues at work if putting someone else down is how you release frustration.

Personally, I wouldn't consider stating the truth as being toxic (calling someone a feeder because they literally gave a lot of unnecessary kills to the enemy due to poor play. But generally they already know they're feeding and pointing it out doesn't really help. ) As for 'get the fuck out of my lane', I would suggest wording that a little nicer. People are more likely to respond to kindness with kindness.

I had many games today where multiple players on my team did nothing but say 'u suck' to each other over and over. I'm not even exaggerating, at least three of my games had at least two individuals arguing back and forth like this. That's flaming. That's unnecessary. That's deserving of a chatban at the very least.

harassment in general. it can be mild or severe, but it's still toxic.

If someone is bothering me or their chat has the potential to anger someone else, it's toxic.
