Lost mmr for winning, then won mmr for losing?

It's all in the title. I'm depending on op.gg for the mmr, i know it's not reliable im just wondering if it's normal to lose mmr for winning and to win mmr for losing or was it just a glitch?

nope.

These aren't accurate mmr stats, only riot knows them
