Banned without a reform card

Pretty self-explanatory, whats weird is that I didn't get any chat restrictions or any warnings I just try to play the game and its just like nope ur banned , i already know why I'm banned (I was toxic for like 2 games in a row) not going to try and contest the stupidity of the ban (you ban a guy for being toxic on 2 games from 100 of them ???) I just want to see my reform card and stuff since this is the only account I play on. I just want my reform card and I want the community to answer this question: is it really fair to ban someone for being toxic in an extremely low amount of games compared to their games played? like literally this is considered a 2% toxicity rate. anyways I know I shouldn't post this here but I don't have my reform card so this is a bug if a rioter sees this post can u post it here pls? P.S: This was also posted in the report a bug board. P.P.S: Weirdly enough even though I'm banned I can access most of the client except for the lobbies and my honor level (2.1) is unchanged if I get my reform card il make sure to post it here.

Sent a message to Player Support if you did not get your reform card, and they should be able to clarify things for you.

Depending on the frequency of the recent toxicity and the severity of the toxicity when it occurs, yes.

If I'm my local coffee shop's nicest customer and one day I enter the place and start screaming racial slurs, for example, I'm getting asked not to return.

1st: I sent a support ticket and as usual they haven't replied for a day.

2nd: You cant compare a league game with entering a public area and screaming racial slurs, especially when I did not and do not use racial slurs or death threats and think about it this way: some college frat boys are being obnoxious and they start to harass people in your favorite bar, you decide to step up and tell them to calm down and stop being rowdy, they do not take that very kindly and the predicament gets serious, the bar owner calls the cops the frat boys run and u stay there thinking the police will thank you. Heads up, THEY DONT THANK YOU, you get into jail for 2 days, after all, if you boil this situation down and ignore context (like the punishment system does) you are no different then the college frat boys only difference is you got caught they didn't.

That's not how that works at all. There are witnesses. And unless you threw a punch you would get nothing but questioned on the frat boys identities.

I do not deny being toxic in those games but no matter how much someone flames it shouldn't warrant a 14-day ban from 2 games, especially because I tend to avoid racial slurs and death taunts the most offensive thing I might say is F**. Also there is the issue with the reform card so it still doesn't make sense

Speaking of lies, the number they quote is 0.006, not 0.002.

OH MY GOD sorry I was 0.004 away from the correct percentage I apologize, I definitely lied on purpose there, for I'm a master of deception, my machinations lay undetected for years. No, but seriously is that your point, I don't wanna argue about this because there is 0 transparency on this subject, I just doubt that only 6% of the player base gets permabanned. I would also like to point out how this isn't relative to the actual discussion and u just wanna slob on riot's knob for no reason.

It's possible you weren't banned for chat. If it was gameplay, such as trolling or intentionally feeding, you may or may not get a reform card. If it was an account compromise, Riot will lock down the account until the player proves it's theirs. If it was a chargeback or money issue, it's locked until resolved.

In the case of boosting or scripting, they ban in waves. I saw a recent post from someone banned for scripting, so it's possible Riot is doing another banwave.

welp im a lvl 26 account so no boosting or scripting here, and I don't afk or int because it's too boring only thing I can think of is that I was in Egypt like a week ago and i played on this account there and then I travelled again and I still play but if it was because of the locations I would've been banned earlier so it doesn't make sense. Like I said the only thing that is wrong with me is I type in chat whatever I feel, if I strongly dislike someone or if someone insults me I make sure they know how I feel.

I'm looking through your match history and I spot a couple of games about two weeks ago where you sell a bunch of your items and buy items not fit for the champion. In one situation where you sold everything for tears, only to sell the tears again 5 min later. On a Vlad.

I have a hard time believing that wasn't trolling.
