Banned without a reform card

Pretty self-explanatory, whats weird is that I didn't get any chat restrictions or any warnings I just try to play the game and its just like nope ur banned , i already know why I'm banned (I was toxic for like 2 games in a row) not going to try and contest the stupidity of the ban (you ban a guy for being toxic on 2 games from 100 of them ???) I just want to see my reform card and stuff since this is the only account I play on. I just want my reform card and I want the community to answer this question: is it really fair to ban someone for being toxic in an extremely low amount of games compared to their games played? like literally this is considered a 2% toxicity rate. anyways I know I shouldn't post this here but I don't have my reform card so this is a bug if a rioter sees this post can u post it here pls? P.S: This was also posted in the report a bug board. P.P.S: Weirdly enough even though I'm banned I can access most of the client except for the lobbies and my honor level (2.1) is unchanged if I get my reform card il make sure to post it here.

Sent a message to Player Support if you did not get your reform card, and they should be able to clarify things for you.

Depending on the frequency of the recent toxicity and the severity of the toxicity when it occurs, yes.

If I'm my local coffee shop's nicest customer and one day I enter the place and start screaming racial slurs, for example, I'm getting asked not to return.

You must've been extremely toxic and said a lot of keywords in order to get the ban.

I never got a reform card either. Just got permabanned for absolutely nothing

It's possible you weren't banned for chat. If it was gameplay, such as trolling or intentionally feeding, you may or may not get a reform card. If it was an account compromise, Riot will lock down the account until the player proves it's theirs. If it was a chargeback or money issue, it's locked until resolved.

In the case of boosting or scripting, they ban in waves. I saw a recent post from someone banned for scripting, so it's possible Riot is doing another banwave.
