Banned with no reform card

Pretty self-explanatory, whats weird is that I didn't get any chat restrictions or any warnings I just try to play the game and its just like nope ur banned , i already know why I'm banned (I was toxic for like 2 games in a row) not going to try and contest the stupidity of the ban (you ban a guy for being toxic on 2 games from 100 of them ???) I just want to see my reform card and stuff since this is the only account I play on. I just want my reform card and I want the community to answer this question: is it really fair to ban someone for being toxic in an extremely low amount of games compared to their games played? like literally this is considered a 2% toxicity rate. anyways I know I shouldn't post this here but I don't have my reform card so this is a bug if a rioter sees this post can u post it here pls?

Also before this post dies and sits in the abyss, id like to point out the fact that most of the times I flame someone its usually provoked, not that that justifies it but still reform cards(still didn't get mine) don't show the full picture, there is no context someone could literally flame the absolute living crap out of you and if u respond once and he and his premades report you, its over.

Sorry to hear about the ban man. I'm not sure if anyone can help here. I suggest you write a ticket to Riot support. They have a better chance at looking at your 'file' or wtv. Good luck with that.

Does it say perma ban or suspension? Actually if you don't mind could you post a screenshot of the card?

i have a question hoping i can get some help my account got a 14 day suspension for 1 game that i had a bad kda and just got destoryed i went 2,13,3 i was getting tower dived and 1 shot over and over again, iv tryed summiting a ticket but the site wont let me saying i need to put a reform card in and i dont have one or understand what its talking about. either way im very upset because i was honor level 5 had 0 banns or restrictions and after 1 bad kda game i got suspended i feel they are in the wrong and want my suspension lifted and honor given back.
