Sick of Rift Aristocrats: the snobbish "I'm above you" players.
Seriously, I am sick of this. this god damn "im better than u" nose in the air, elitist attitude, the players who see themselves as high skilled so of course the rest of thier team is seen as "beneath" them. Yeah its one thing to be more skilled than your team. Its another thing when you spend the entire game (including pre game and post game) talking down to your team. Telling them how they are a bunch of worthless noobs, Dumbasses, Morons, etc. And its bad enough when there is ONE, but I just got out of a match with 3 of them. Nose in the air "Better than you" snobs, convinced of thier own superiority and all talking down to thier teammates like the other players on thier team are "beneath them"
Seriously this is really starting to sicken me, Our Mordekaizer spends the entire game talking down to his team like they are little more than $#!@ on his boot, then when we end up losing because the team is too busy with thier nose in the air to focus on the match...Mord calls us all worthless, morons, dumbasses, and reports everyone because we didnt play to HIS standards. If this is how you act, like you are "too good for your team" like your skills are so far beyond those of your team. Then you DONT get to blame your team when the match is lost. Yes I can understand people do stupid things sometimes, but I am seeing more and more a snobbish, aristocratic arrogance, an attitude of "my $#!@ dont stink" attitude where players think they are SO good, they hold themselves above their team. And Rather than help them, they see thier team as something to be stepped on, kicked down, and blamed. And this ties into a previous thread I made where is this sense of infantile entitlement. Where everything has to be handed to them, and if someone DARES say no, these people throw the mother of all temper tantrums. The ashe in my last game afked for 5 minutes because I got a kill running in to save her (as support) so she throws a tantrum and pulls an "I'm afk" And The akali flamed me down when I sacrificed my life to save hers. .
If all you can do is talk about how great you are and how worthless your teammates are, when they go out of thier way to try and help you. YOU DESERVE THE LOSS YOU GET. And belive me, most of the times, these matches DO end up in a loss. The aristicratic players talk down, degrade thier team, demoralize teammates. Pick little fights here and there. Instigate and tilt thier teammates. They will look for Any ANY little mistake and spend the entire game ripping on that person, looking for anything they can twist into a "reportable" offence (I.E. Someone gets cced down and dies....the aristocrat will pull a "report X for intentionall feeding" not caring that the player they are calling to report was buried 6ft under in slows and stuns before being passed around like a town bicycle) They will poke and prod, tilt thier teammates, instigate fights and make the team hate each other. They WILL not allow for surrender so these teammates can cool off. And then when they lose, they will use the loss as "validation" for just how "Trash/garbage/worthless" the team is (I knew you were garbage from the start, and you lost the match so you proved yourself even more worthless than I thought).
TL:DR: If You see yourself as ABOVE your team rather than part of it, a) you deserve the forthcoming Defeat, and B) you should go find a single player game where you dont have to worry about those teammates who are 'beneath' you and you can just sit there in single player telling yourself how completely perfect you are and patting yourself on the back (dont break your arm now).
