Problem solved, you dont want ANYBODY to chat anyways so take chat away. ooh better yet make people pay a subscription to chat! that way you can make more money! and when they violate chat rights take the chat away!!! sounds so perfect right? yes it does. See you dont have to perma ban anymore and make people spend money on new accounts!! ITS perfect!!!
