Hey guys, I heard about elo boosting is bad and good and I heard some players in the lol esports got banned from doing that, what is elo boosting?????

When someone else plays ranked games on your account for you in order to reach a division that you desire. Usually involves some kind of transaction of money or RP.
basically taking money to raise someones Elo by either duoing on a smurf or playing their games for them.
FYI: Boosting is NOT a good thing. Its downright permanently ban-able.
Most people have it covered, but I wanted to add one more thing: Riot considers it boosting if you allowed any other person to play even a single ranked game on your account. That's all it takes for them to throw out a ban for boosting. Just one game. It doesn't matter if the person actually raises your ranking or not.

if you KS, Troll, argue, Die on purpose repeatedly while telling everyone on the team to F OFF for about FIFTY straight games Riot will give you a warning... Then you do it for another 50 straight games having ruined about 100 games times 9 other players experiences (that's 900 player experiences) then riot will SUSPEND you for 3 days because a troll like that really is hurt if they cant play for 3 days. After about 100 games worth of trolling and dozen tribunals Riot MIGHT ban your account.
BUT....
If you allow another player to play your account in a ranked game in a SINGLE GAME to attempt to get out of the ELO hell you are in and enjoy the game, you are BANNED IMMEDIATELY!
Riot should start their own third world country
