Hacked then bannned account
What would happen if someone hacked my account and then he would spam stuff in chat like (n word, kys, homophobic stuff, etc.) until it gets banned. Is there any possibility to unban that account if it was hacked?

No. To quote the support page:
Remember that you are fully responsible for all activity made on your account, and if suspensions or bans are incurred we will not be able to modify them.
Maybe they make exceptions when it's obvious that you didn't willingly share your account.
For a hack, yes.
For account sharing, no.
Riot can see the differences between the two.
They may say your account's been compromised and leave it at that. Though a simple ip check of the registered account should be able to uphold. They may say they don't have permission, but then you have to enforce it like what do I have to do so that you can check it and I can prove my innocence.
Won't forget getting a suspension for playing Sejuani mid. then a day later swapping Sej's Q and W ratio's so she couldn't play mid lane. [sg-miss-fortune]
