Hacked then bannned account

What would happen if someone hacked my account and then he would spam stuff in chat like (n word, kys, homophobic stuff, etc.) until it gets banned. Is there any possibility to unban that account if it was hacked?

No. To quote the support page:

Remember that you are fully responsible for all activity made on your account, and if suspensions or bans are incurred we will not be able to modify them.

Maybe they make exceptions when it's obvious that you didn't willingly share your account.

This is not 100% true. If you can prove that you were hacked then they would not want to take it away from you. submit a support ticket. Also, if you have never had anything like a chat restriction before they are way more inclined to believe you. Keep in mind they have to be cautious of people who pretend that their accounts were hacked.

Yeah sometimes I said "fuck you" but very rarely and i never got suspended so would they believe me And why cannot riot see their ip so they can see they are from different device and stuff ...

For a hack, yes.

For account sharing, no.

Riot can see the differences between the two.

They may say your account's been compromised and leave it at that. Though a simple ip check of the registered account should be able to uphold. They may say they don't have permission, but then you have to enforce it like what do I have to do so that you can check it and I can prove my innocence.

Won't forget getting a suspension for playing Sejuani mid. then a day later swapping Sej's Q and W ratio's so she couldn't play mid lane. [sg-miss-fortune]
