Suggestion for player reforms

So, this'll be long. I have well established that I'm a relatively toxic person, and have as of late been trying to make a better effort in getting an account that isn't going to be banned, I have tried to level an account from 1 to 30 (I did it with my main, and just can't see going through it again) multiple times, but honestly, I'm seeing some of the most negative, rude, and just down right asshole people ever.... IN BOTS... I just try to take a lane, push it myself, win shortly after 20 mins (best xp) and go onto the next game, but I have people following me around ALL game, spamming taunts, taking CS and kill (so I can't just progress the game fast) or just walking into a bot and just dying (I understand that there are alot of botters in these games, but that isn't what I'm referring to, they usually stay out of an occupied lane). All this to explain why I don't try and level new accounts.

Onto the next point, tired of trying to level accounts, I buy them, which I get it, it's against their ToA, whatever, they don't even have a GOOD reason why it is against ToA, claiming that it's a privacy matter first, which if you know anything about bought accounts, they're made on throw away emails with bullshit info, when that was debunked, they claim it messes with the MMR system, which is bullshit, because they're leveled either with bots in bots, or by hand IN BOTS, therefore your MMR isn't established yet. Even if they were leveled in real games, if you begin playing and put down 10-20 games, your MMR will scale drastically, so again, you're not really affecting much, I'm not an amazing player, but I'm not dog shit either, I don't int, or accidentally feed and go 0/10 like some people do BY CHOICE, shit my ratios are rarely negative (not including assists), and vision scores are great for a support player. But either way, why does that mean I should have that account banned? I'm not being negative, I'm not being mean or cruel, not trolling, but I'm banned because it was not MY account.... It doesn't make any real sense.... Except... If Riot is doing this specifically because they didn't receive the money for the account. I don't understand how I can spend money on an account that someone else leveled, and be told that it isn't MY account so it should be banned, but when I ask them why it is okay for them to ban an account that a ridiculous amount of money was spent on, and their answer be because "you don't OWN the account". You see where there is a bit of a problem in that logic? It's MINE, but I don't OWN it, but if I try and sell what is MINE, it's not allowed...

Either way, my the logic of "you didn't level the account, therefore you can't use that account", then why are pro players/some streamers given level 30 accounts with all champs unlocked? They didn't level it, they didn't unlock the champs themselves. It's this ridiculous grasping for money that has Riot contradicting itself.

So as I said, I'm toxic, I don't like that I feel the need to respond to people, but when they're trolling/toxic people, and I dare to respond to them, I'm the bad guy, because Riot has their "trigger words" (I feel like an SJW even TYPING that phrase because of how stupid it is) But it is a fact, and their words aren't limited to racial/sexual slurs, I had one game where all I did was called someone an idiot because well... They were being an idiot... And they cried "reported" in the chat, and then immediately told all chat "he's flaming, report him for harassment and hate speech", and the thing is, most people don't care to check that it is legit, they just assume the person is really a victim and not just the drama queen they actually are, and go ahead and report (once again) assuming that things will sort themselves out. Well after a couple reports, doesn't matter how severe of a word is used, if it has derogatory words in it, you're hit with punishment.

So I ask for my chat to just be permanently removed because I don't want to keep getting suspensions/bans, and I'm told they "don't have the ability to do that", but they can dish out punishments restricting chat? That makes no sense. But a bug in their system can make chat restrictions only give you the first 3 messages, then NOTHING after that. If a bug can do it accidentally, why can they not do it permanently? When I send tickets and they reference my chat logs, they say to just mute everyone and put chat window out of the screen, or to disable the enter button in hotkeys, THEN WHY THE FUCK WON'T YOU JUST DISABLE CHAT PERMANENTLY?! If you're going to give all these ways to circumvent the chat function that rely on people disabling certain aspects, or removing it from sight (which does nothing to stop actual chat), then why not allow players to request their chat just be removed? Someone found a way to disconnect from chat server manually by changing ONE number in the game code, didn't affect ANYTHING else, and that shit was hot fixed within the WEEK...

Leads me to conclude that even though you can communicate everything a team based game needs in game with pings, Riot doesn't want chat to go away, they want people to be negative and toxic, because they want those bans, those bans means people will be more likely to make a new account and spend money on the game to get their favorite champ. Nothing else makes sense, none of the points they've tried to outline in support stand up to even a small amount of reasoning. Also, don't let anything they say about this next subject fool you, prisoner island DOES exist, and Riot DOES put people in queues with other negative players based off your IP address alone, tested it out with multiple different computers/accounts/IPs/proxies, the results always show themselves on my home computer. I don't know how long you have to go without incident to get out, or if you ever can, but it exists. (I mentioned the multiple accounts tested, and the support rep. basically threatened to ban the friend's accounts I used to test it (we're both low gold, so the skill difference isn't really relevant), though they were tested on their home computers the ones they use to play all the time, so they could never find it lol.)

TL;DR is, can you start allowing reps to disable the chat function entirely.

You see where there is a bit of a problem in that logic? It's MINE, but I don't OWN it, but if I try and sell what is MINE, it's not allowed...

Try to sell some other things that are "yours" but you do not own.

Try selling your job. It's your job. You should be able to sell it. But for some reason, the company locks the ID card to prevent access and fires you once they notice.

Try selling your children. Nope. Bad idea. Much prison.

Try selling a Sam's Club membership. They'll cancel your membership too.

Try selling your friendship. Your friend probably won't accept the stand-in to replace you and will most likely also terminate the friendship.

Man, why can employers just go and hire other people. I wanted to sell my job.

Why can people adopt through a registered agency or get pregnant, but I can't sell my children.

Somehow, I don't see the contradiction that you do.

Well after a couple reports, doesn't matter how severe of a word is used, if it has derogatory words in it, you're hit with punishment.

A single report does everything that 9 reports do. Additional reports past the first don't do anything. Also, reports where you didn't break any rules don't contribute anything to your punishment history.

But, yes. If you're consistently negative, then you'll eventually earn a punishment. You earn them faster if you're more negative, but you can't avoid punishment entirely if you just reduce your toxicity slightly. To avoid punishment, avoid toxicity.

Actually, what they mean by "it's your account, but you don't own It" is not who leveled it owns it, but that Riot owns all accounts. They just let people use them, for as long as they follow rules.

As for people who sell accounts, they make money off of Riots game, which they don't like. They also don't like people who encourage selling accounts, by purchasing those accounts.

And as for removing your chat, you can do it yourself. There are guides online.
