Report Option?

So I queue for a ranked game and as usual post my "Gangplank main, but fill if needed", and no one else on my team communicates at all. Last person is selecting a champion, and the only position open is ADC. He waits until the very last second and then locks in Amumu.

At this point, my options are to dodge and lose LP, punishing myself. Or to try and play the game and carry super hard. I decide to try and play because I'm confident in the top lane matchup.

20 mins into the game and I'm 3/0/2 and about 100 CD ahead of my opposing laner. I'm pretty much ulting bot on CD, but eventually a 19/1/X Draven just walks into my lane and right clicks me, pretty much one-shotting me. It's somewhat clear that our botlane isn't intentionally feeding, it's just that Draven had an incredibly easy lane and is now dominating the whole game.

The Amumu player says "Sorry, I can only play Amumu" when we are already in the game. My question is how/if I can report this player? There used to be an option to report for refusing to communicate, but it is no longer there.

You cant. U said he wasnt intentionally feeding. Refusing to communicate was just a placebo option, so people wouldnt spam other report options. But those reports were discarded. Basically, guy decided that instead of going on role he cant really play, he should play what he is comfortable on. Its called out of meta pick. It didnt work. But its not against rules.

If I recall correctly, when you dodge, you do lose LP, however, your elo (or mmr) stays the same. So if you are sure that your team composition is outright losing, just dodge.

If there's only one champion you ever play and it's not playable on every position and you just wait till the end of champion select getting that position and pick that champion anyway, knowing that it doesn't ever work, you're trolling, if not imbecile.
