Punishment in ranked

I think reports should be taken much more seriously in ranked play. I have never gotten any notification that anybody I have played with has been disciplined like many of my other friends have. I believe a person that intentionally feeds in ranked should be banned from ranked for the entire season.

I do not mean just being bad. I mean people that die early and say "I'm gonna keep trying" that go on to die 5 more times in lane then goes on to attempt to troll everyone on their team should be disciplined when reported for intentionally feeding, since there is apparent chat logs that verify the intent there. This is why people say League has one of the most toxic communities, because this happens way to much and there doesn't seem to be much being done about it.

Please clean house Riot, Less toxicity>Champ reworks.

I'm sorry if I come off as agitated, it is because I am.

Most people don't intentionally feed and one game of doing such isn't enough to get someone banned.

Yes this is a problem but do you know that you don't get a instant feedback unless it was your report that triggered a ban

People need to stop confusing intentional feeders with people doing poorly. Yes, no one likes getting the person who goes 0/XX/0, that being said, literally everyone has done it.

I assume you are talking about the 5/16 Jax you had, now did he put the gate run to lane and just purposely fees, if he did, then yeah, he needs to be banned, but what I'm guessing happened was he fucked up, and or got camped, his team started flaming him, he tilted and then he started feeding or just mindlessly split pushing to die. One game of that isn't a bannable offense.

Hell, you don't even have room to talk OP, two days ago you went 5/16 with Kalista.

You won't always get the feedback that the person you reported was punished, but that doesn't mean they weren't.

Plenty of folks do get punished for feeding and trolling, but as you might expect, it's hard to detect. A noob having a bad game shouldn't be susceptible to being banned for intentionally feeding, and Riot probably errs towards protecting innocents rather than punishing as many people as possible.
