Masteries not registering

Im not sure if this is a technical issue but i am lanning with summoners tuggernuts69 and dalynch, my summoner name is boyoftheknight. and whenever tuggernuts would choose his masteries, from a saved page, it would not register his masteries. he was playing as 0/0/0 and i saw him load up a saved mastery page and it did not read it. this probably isnt the right ticket page, as it is likely just a bug rather than a technical issue, but it is hurting us, please fix this riot. thank you for your time.
