SOLUTION: Ranked games Leavers/AFKers

I understand that someone leaving will happen at one point or another in ranked games, but this puts the team with lesser people at a extreme disadvantage, more so if it is the ADC who up and leaves. A lot of people have expressed that there should be some kind of "Justice" or Solution for this issue and I have thought about it a long time ago and figured why not bring this up.

I know that Riot has the ability to see when someone leaves the game due to the "Red name" or "Big X in the icon" How about the team that gets a loss by having a 4 V 5 actually gets a boost for their next win in LP. As well as, the leaver gets a penalty for the next ranked win they receive.

For example: Most people in the game hover around making about 20 LP per game, but when they lose its a loss of about 16 LP loss. How about when a summoner gets a LOSS due to AFK/Leaver their next win instead of being 20 LP gain gets a Gain of 20LP (+ .5 of their total loss LP). I.E. 20 + (.5 x "16 LOSS LP") for a total of 28 LP. Its a fair way of understanding the opposite sides frustration and doesn't give enough intensive for people to Quit because the person who Quit wont get rewards.

Then their is the opposite side of the coin. If a player leaves the game they need to be punished a little harder due to them actually inhibiting a team from having a fair chance to win. Because of this problem, I feel that It should be Punished in the same way. So when they leave/AFK the game, it should take their next win and DECREASE their LP gain by 20 LP (- .5 of their total Won LP). I.E. 20 + (.5 x 20 "WON LP") for a total of 10 LP gain for that game.

Please let me know what you all think about this. I feel it is fair and would actually help the raked system in general.
