Am I the Only Person That Has Been Seeing a Huge Overabundance of Toxic Behavior Lately?

It really wasn't that bad toward the start of the season up until the past few weeks or so, and everybody was trying to help each other win and when they had criticism to give it was constructive. Now all of a sudden it's devolved back to "oh my god our jungler gave free first blood what a scrub" or "gg bot lane fed 2 kills game is over." Like, what are you trying to accomplish with demoralizing statements and rude behavior like that? You're doing nothing but dragging the morale of the team down and making everybody worse off over the course of the game. I can't be the only one that wishes they had a permanent "Suspension/Ban" button sometimes because OH BOY would I be exercising my clicking finger with that bad boy. XD

Welcome to the culture of MOBAs or anything with some competitive mode. Most people are gonna be stupid and spew trash like they are the best, and they know what they are doing. Most cases they are dead wrong, and they dont even have the slightest clue on how to differentiate logic from ego. I'd just recommend if someone's being toxic, tell your team to ignore them, mute them (also mute them on your end), then report them afterwards. This issue has spanned years, and its because of how competitive these games are. Sorry you've gotten the unlucky toxic streak of games. EDIT- I myself have been guilty of such a thing, and have been banned 14 days for it long ago (right at the beginning of VS), since then i've cast aside that demeanor and improved.

its funny but those same negative people seems to be the ones they are quicker to listen to

fresh off a ban after being the least toxic person in a game, (pretty much said "stop complaining, just play"). they needed someone to blame for the reason they lost, which honestly was the culmination of numerous factors, (mostly standing there making toxic statements) but yeah, the toxicity is overwhelming.

just beware, dont respond, u too could be banned for saying "bro just pay attention to your lane and stop whining"..... its not helpful advice, its griefing.

Context: Enemy team has Gragas top. He tries to cheese me and steal my blue level 1, but i see the outline of his barrel charging and manage to smite it away. That being said, I no longer had smite to help me with the rest of my clear and ended up getting pretty low after doing wolves. After starting up my red buff, Kha'zix does his usual level 2/3 invade strat and ends up stealing away my red because I didn't have smite to take it away. He then proceeds to leap at me after I flash over the krug wall to try and get away and get an easy first blood. Unfortunate and probably would have been different if I had still had my smite to secure my buff and get hp back, but what can you do? Unlucky cheesy stuff happens. I THOUGHT he had used flash to go over the wall and chase me down because I swore he had just used his leap and pinged his summoner. After I die, I ping my raptors to let my mid know that he's probably still in the area but he ends up getting 2v1'd anyway. Needless to say Kha actually still had his flash and used it to secure the kill and that's where the flaming begins. Everybody picks up on his negative attitude and flame me the entirety of the early game because I'm a "noob" and "our jungler sucks." Note that while this is happening, the enemy Gragas top is literally dicking around the map missing waves on waves on waves of gold and xp just to fuck over the rest of my team's day. Hard to deal with a constant stream of 2-4 people invading my jungle and putting me further and further behind. My top had the easiest lane phase of his life and got so ahead he actually had a trinity, tiamat and completed boots over Gragas' 2 doran's rings and a sapphire crystal. We managed to come back and win because of the uncoordinated nature of the enemy team, but my oh my was it and irritating experience to say the least. Nobody cares what I have to say about my side of the story because of my bad early game and "feeding" but I managed a measly 2 deaths, multiple kills and decent assists. I didn't carry by any means, but I did what I thought I could to try and win. Doesn't really matter to anybody else, but I'm happy with my personal results. I'm always looking to improve my play but sometimes it's just hard when unfortunate events happen and the game becomes a boiling pot of frustration and multiple attitudes.

TLDR; feelsbadman
