Why should I get a 14 day suspension for calling someone trash? That's literally the most "awful" thing I said at any point in this match, got reported for it and now I'm suspended? Is this game made for fucking 10 year olds? The majority of this community is more toxic than to just call someone trash, yet I'm getting punished as if I'm one of them. Seriously, fix your damn algorithms for what is and isn't acceptable you pussy riot games.
Did you have any punishments previously? If so, this could be a normal escalation.
If you didn't, I'd love to see the chat logs -- there are occasional rare errors, so if you had not recently had a 10 or 25 game chat restriction it's worth posting the logs so we can see if you should send in a ticket about the escalated punishment.

You don't need to actually use any of the "naughty no-no words" in order to be toxic.
Because you don't deserve to call players "trash" or insult them regardless of the situation. League isn't meant for players like you, that's why you're on your last rope of getting a permaban. Grow up and stop insulting people over a video game or face the consequences. When it brings justice to players who say what you say, there's nothing to fix.
