I understand that a few of those messages sound toxic out of context, but the comment about "...waste of flesh..." was me quoting what the Syndra on our team had said to another of our teammates, not my words at all. I feel like whatever software is deciding that people are toxic isn't taking into account the other people's messages, and since I did quote someone, it isn't realizing that I quoted someone and thinks that those were my words. Some of the things I said were jokingly said, but not all of them. The thing about "poppy you lost your rank" was friendly banter and the Poppy player expressed understanding that that was my intention. So now, I have my first chat restriction, and the chat restriction is broken anyway. I can only send 3 messages per game (7 more games) and whenever I try to send a message past that, no matter how long into the game it's been, it says "you can send a message at 04:00." Seriously, even if it's been 20 minutes or half an hour, it won't let me send any more than the initial 3 messages. Can a Riot employee please look at this?

This is all definitely toxic behavior, yes. There are a few insults, some poor sportsmanship, and a lot of targeted blame-placing.

If you reported them, that report will influence their own punishments, whether immediately or a few games down the road.

Unless they were intentionally griefing, you were blatantly being toxic. I've been in a ton of games where new players, players who are new to a champ, or players who are just having an unlucky day get flamed for being bad and being misreported. If they wanted to grief, then they would probably be punished appropriately, considering their past record of what they did before.

I never typed an essay.. those were spread out over the course of the full game, and I rarely typed 2 or more messages together every few minutes.

the report system is a shield not a weapon, dont use it as a threat. 1 report = 9 reports, you should never have to ask for reports cause it doesnt matter if you get any more then yours. so yes, it is toxic lol

A little, but it's worse than literally inting according to riot. You will receive a punishment and perhaps a ban in the future. The Jax will receive zero punishment, and probably kept his honor level. If it doesn't make sense to you, it's because it doesn't, and people only force themselves to agree with it to keep their accounts. Remember where Riot is headquartered. Words mean more than actions to these type of people.
