Got my new acc on lvl 20,and aftere being toxic a bit in 3 games get perma ban insted of first penalty 10 games restriction?What?U trolling me rito or what ?

If you want to discuss your punishment, you'll have to provide your chat logs for peer review. Telling us that you got a permanent suspension as your first punishment instead of a 10-game CR, while certainly unusual, is not an unheard-of thing. It is wholly possible to earn a permanent suspension as your first punishment, and typically, you'd have to commit an especially egregious offense - like issuing death-threats - to warrant such a colossal jump.
So, if you really want to discuss your punishment; like I and others have said, you'll want to copy and paste your chat logs.
You got punished for your own chatlog or other things e.g. account buying/account-sharing?
why not share with us the amount of racial homophobic slurs and murder threats you blurted out in your 3 games?
