Tribunal algorithm DOES NOT WORK

I have been chat restricted recently. I know this was done by an algorithm, this is the second time I've been reported multiple times by a group of friends who insult me and then deem me toxic, all in the course of one game. How is this fair? What is the idea behind the tribunal changes?

Riot is allowing groups of players to punish people just because there are 3 or more of them. Judgmental statement: The new tribunal allows for groups of unruly kids under the persuasion of mob mentality to punish honest and sportsmanlike players, while those sportsmanlike players reports mean less or nothing to the system because there are less of those kinds of players who report and their reports are only one at a time. 3 reports are WAY more serious than 1, I don't think the tribunal even takes friends lists into account (fail). This logic works in a single game as well as on the grand scale. (sorry if my numbers are a little off, but this is essentially how it works)

An Algorithm to judge human behavior with today's technology standards is ludicrous. The only input the algorithm receives is from players in the form of the report categories, I can't even begin to count the number of times I've seen a player ask everybody in the game to report somebody just because they weren't playing up to that person's standards or just for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, literally. That's an extreme end I see a lot but you can imagine different scenarios where people probably get reported a lot who don't deserve it.

Honestly, the algorithm might work in a different community, but not this one. Just stop punishing people altogether, the only 'good' thing it's doing at this point is bringing revenue for Riot, which they obviously don't need. Ban a player, they come back with money for RP to get their new account going, you can be sure that it happens often enough to be worthwhile.

When I get a chat restriction because a group of people insulted me when I wasn't even playing poorly, and all I told them is how rude they were, something is wrong. I feel like this game has become almost as big of a joke as it's community, which is saying a lot.

Let's make just one move for the community instead of the accountants and remove the tribunal altogether, or at the very least bring back the old system of player run tribunal.

P.S. HINT: start looking for the word 'toxic' along with the other hate speech on your algorithm, because everybody who cries toxic these days is actually the toxic player. They insult somebody and if the person types anything back to them they are toxic. Then the computers decide who to punish. I see this happen every day, I've really lost a lot of faith in humanity because of this game.

P.P.S. If you're a riot employee please don't post on this thread, just let the community think about it on their own, thanks.

NOTE: Mass reporting does not work. Only one report matters. It works per match, not person.

Your actions were deemed hostile or toxic, the community (or players) deemed it so. As well the system was able to locate toxic related chat, post the chat logs and if you feel you were punished unfairly send a ticket in, they would be more than happy to resolve it!

When someone is being rude to you, mute them. Don't say anything. Just mute them. It is so easy to NOT say anything.

Why don't you just show the chatlog so that we can see if you are truly sportsman like or not

Even your username is suspecious

Honestly though, this community deserves their leadership. Why would the majority of people anywhere want things that make sense and work?

Isn't the tribunal temporarily inactive? it says down for maintenance every time I go there.
