Im sick and tried of seeing this in all chat mixed in with all the "gg wp"'s as the nexus explode.
As far as i understand: 9 reports count the same as 1.
I'd suggest a loadingscreen tip telling people that as long as they do their part, it dosen't matter if on one else does.
Probably won't stop people from saying "report this person" or "9x that guy", but might reduce it.

Yes please. Expand to all "report calls" though.
I have a friend that swears that if you are reported by 4 or more people that you get an instant chat ban... i do not believe this. I have been reported by most of the enemy team as well as my team for false reasons and still have had no issues ever.
You cant stop people from thinking what they want, you can ignore them and mute them however.
Everyone knows what 9x is now, so I think it will probably begin to count towards the toxicity score of the person who sad it if they are reported.
9 reports does only equal one report, its how they balance reporting.

I always say x9 report against Teemo though. Don't ruin my fun.
Honestly, I report people who do that. Chances are, they were extremely negative and possibly flaming their teams in addition to the person they claimed were toxic. If they're anything like the people that do this on my team, then they most likely deserve it.

Not to belittle your point, but I rarely see anyone say x9 report x champ. I've seen people mock it plenty of times. But I've only seen someone actually say it in game maybe one or two times. And that's out of at least a couple thousands games.
